Azure Blob Storage
What you need
- Storage account and container. The Azure Storage account name and the blob container that should receive files.
- One credential path. Either the storage account key or the full Azure connection string.
Where to find it
In the Azure Portal, open the storage account. The account name, container name, and an account key or connection string are under the access settings.
Storage account name
The name of the storage account, not its URL. In the Azure Portal, open Storage accounts and copy the name from the list or the account overview. It is 3 to 24 lowercase letters and numbers.
Container name
The container KoraBridge writes into. In the storage account, open Data storage, then Containers, and copy its name. Create it first if it does not exist yet.
Account key
Optional when you use a connection string. In the storage account, open Security + networking, then Access keys, choose Show and copy the Key value of key1 or key2. Fill in this field or the connection string, not both.
Connection string
Optional when you use an account key. On the same Access keys page, copy the Connection string value that sits under the key. It already contains the account name and key. Fill in this field or the account key, not both.
Common mistakes
- Pasting both an account key and a connection string when one is enough.
- Using a container name that does not exist, or credentials without blob write access.
