Oura Ring
Oura signs in per athlete. Each athlete approves access to their own data, and KoraBridge stores their tokens encrypted.
Connect Oura
- Open the Athletes page and invite the athlete, choosing Oura as the connector.
- Send the consent link to the athlete. They approve access on Oura.
- The consent status changes from pending to approved. Add the connection and use it in a pipeline.
You can revoke an athlete's consent at any time from the Athletes page.

High-volume and opt-in streams
Heart rate is high volume. It is off by default, and runs that include it take longer, so they are given a larger time allowance. Enable it per pipeline when you need intraday data.
