GymAware
GymAware signs in once for your whole organization with your account ID and an API token. No athlete invitations are needed.
Connect GymAware
- In GymAware Cloud, open Settings, then Tokens, and create an API token. Only an Owner or Admin can do this.
- Copy your GymAware Cloud account ID from the same Settings, then Tokens page.
- Add the connection and run Test connection.
What it syncs
| Stream | Contents | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Set summaries | Set level velocity and power aggregates | On |
| Athletes | Athlete roster | On |
| Exercises | Exercise catalog | On |
| Activities | Activity categories | On |
| Analysis labels | Definitions for per-rep analysis keys | On |
| Personal bests | Bests per athlete, exercise and weight | Off |
| Sets and reps | Sets with per-rep velocity and power | Off, very high volume |
Opt-in streams
Sets and reps is off by default because it carries every repetition of every set. Runs that include it take longer and are given a larger time allowance. Set summaries cover most reporting needs without it.
Fields
Account ID
Your GymAware Cloud account ID, shown in GymAware Cloud under Settings, then Tokens, on the same page as your token. It identifies the whole account, not any staff member's login.

Start date
The first run backfills data recorded from this date onwards. Later runs sync by modified time. The default is 1 January 2022.
End date
Optional. Only data recorded at or before this date is synced. Leave it blank to sync up to now.
